Thanks, but it doesn't seem quite ideal to me to buy a camera ;-)
I can't export PNG, but it's only 300k images or so at 600dpi, no issue.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
