George, If you get the toner just right (very light, really), I believe you can apply as much pressure as you wish and not worry about spreading too much. I am planning to make a few boards in the next few weeks. I'll probably try the paper instead of transparency again. I have always used transparency paper until I ran out of it. The board I made last week was with the Jetprint Multiproject paper from Wal-mart. It seemed to work OK.
