For even thinner, you can get copper clad kapton (i.e. flexible circuit boards). I bought some on eBay, but haven't used them yet. Total thickness of two layers of copper plus kapton is less than 0.010" I've also purchased some flexible boards (also on eBay) which are similar to the ones Volkan mentioned.
