Well, if the tube is not disconnected at any point you should check if the pump is working. Either see if there is a vacuum with your finger during a cleaning cycle or insert some colored water and see if it is sucked away. If a great number of nozzles fails especially after you had a cartridge out, i would suspect the pump.
