I think that is a chem sheet just for cupric chloride.

The sell sheet for the flip stick itself says it also has trisodium
phosphate. Look on the 2nd page right, near the bottom.

Looking up trisodium phosphate on the web, it is used as a cleaner
before painting, among other things.
