Homebrew PCBs

The MSDS only need show the hazardous ingredients. Trisodium 
phosphate is not classed as a hazardous material. Its used to be 
used a lot in washing powders, but since the phosphates can cause 
algae problems in water streams and rivers they try minimize its use.
