Then its got to be worth a try on cheaper paper, ie coated inkjet/copier etc You mentioned with a rubber squegee, I wonder if a rubber roller, like an ink roller for old printing presses would give a smooth uniform thin coat, car windscreen wiper rubber?.... Seems if the ingredients are right, paper, glue,toner,heat, we now just have to come up with a foolproof application for everyone that people can get the bits for.
