Homebrew PCBs

Just finished my first TT board with dip trace.

Problem I have is its really small pads on things like TO92 etc.

I dont think I'd get a drill bit small enough in me black'n'decker!

Is there a simple way to enlarge these or do i need to add a larg pad
over every hole etc
