Though I would correct a mis-statement here. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO is actually quite lightly moderated. We do moderate all new members until they post once or twice so that we can keep out the spammers. Once we see that a person is posting to the group topics they are put on the normal group status which is unmoderated. We do monitor the group closely and will step in as soon as we see a discussion heading off topic. Excluding the spammer posts that are deleted and the member banned immediately I would guess that we step in and moderate a member maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Generally happens when emotions get high and good members sort of loose their head. Once things cool down and the parties involved are thinking clearly they are brought back to normal unmoderated status. What we have done is to foster a culture where everyone knows that off topic is not welcome and because of that the list pretty well polices itself.
