I'm using a miter saw that runs on 2 tube rails. It's a bit awkward for this application, I have to jack up the PCB on planks of wood. Ideally, I'd like to set up a 4" grinder on 2 rails over a table top. It's better to pass a cutting tool 'over' the PCB, than passing a PCB over a cutting tool. You can easily adjust for 'brain malfunctions', or when the cutting line does not line up with the PCB edge.
