Just get the PC to re-order the file before sending it.

Decent software decomposes the data (in whatever image
format) to specialized control instructions for the machine
anyway.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
