Print or export to some graphic format (e.g. TIF), and copy/paste the files together with paint shop pro or similar software. paint shop can be found for like $10 on ebay for the older versions, which are a lot faster for large tiff files anyway, so better. I use version 6, i believe 7 should be OK also. 8 is already slow.
