Homebrew PCBs

what some idea and opinion sometimes.
 
I know some place has free CAD design tool, I am wondering anybody
interested to know?

i think everyting is clear now and i believe it is very important to
have such rules..
as i read jennys post i also wondered if this is within rules and i find
it good that steve really cares
