I haven't used one for pcb drills but I dont see why it couldn't be used, once a suitable wheel had been found. I suspect you will be in for prolonged fun building a Quorn though. There are simpler small ctter grinder designs that would probably be equal to the task. My Quorn is still a collection of castings, apart from the main pillar and I suspect it will be a long time before I get it finished.
