Toner transfer works well for me so this is more oF a 'as time permits and I need a break from something else' project. The various parts are falling into place; board prep, ink, cure and etching. Mechanically. all I have had to do with the R220 is trim the cd tray a little bit. I removed the plastic for center hub an then added 2 additional "thumb holes" at 5 and 11 o'clock to match the ones a 1 and 7 so that I could fit a square 4" x 4" pcb on the tray. I attachd the pcb to the cd tray with double faced tape and it ran through the R220 fine. I had to adjust the position of my design in the pcb layout program to match the position on the cd tray. Myc
