I think you are confusing laser and inkjet. This thread is about
inkjet direct printing. Since it is not meant to be used this way, the
maker of the ink will be no help with heating of the ink.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
