OK, after powering down the laminator for a bit and letting it fully cool I thought Id try an pass an old 1/16 pcb I did. It worked w/o any probs, so I then passed it thru again w/a single sheet of printing paper and again no problem. I continued to do this until the laminator got up to full temp, as the laminator got hotter the more difficulty it had passing the media. At full temp setting and the green light on it didnt jam and stick, but it did hang momentarily and when it came through there was a burn mark accros the paper. Appearantly the temp has an impact on its ability to pass media. Yesterday when I was having all the jam issues I had the laminator on full, fully warmed up. I tried the 1/16 and HM laser/photo paper and the laminator wasnt having any of it, it would jam and made horrible binding noises. Any of you familiar w/any of these issues? Those of you using this laminator, what settings and paper are you using? Any help is greatly appreciated wayne
