I have just fished the old lemonade bottle from under my bench in which I used to store partially used ammonium persulphate. As I always forget these things, I had been careful to label it: 64g in 250ml I've used sodium hydroxide before but have one too many overdevelopments on Kinsten PCB stock, so now use sodium metasilicate, which is much less vicious. I know, however, that there are others on this list that swear by sodium hydroxide (I merely swear at it.)
