Len, It is a pretty simple process as is. The main problem is that working with toner powder can make quite a mess. Have you ever refilled a toner cartridge? I would hate to think of trying to put a loose toner coated pcb through the printer. Mixing the toner with the ink creats the old problem of clogging the printhead.
