hi,

I think, you can do this with the CAM Processor. Please read the help 
in Eagle, how you can create a multiple output file, e.g. gerber-274x.
You can create more then one section with there layers and placing  
offsets.

Normaly, Eagle has no "Import" button. 
Because DRC and ERC inconsistent, it is not possible importing an 
external PCB-file.
Example: PCB 1: R1, wire 1 on Pin 1;.... PCB 2: R1, wire 10 on Pin 
1;.... PCB 3: R1, wire power on Pin 1;....

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
