Homebrew PCBs

I recently acquired an HP Laserjet 4p that I want to use for printing 
on photo paper.  After a few successfull prints the paper started to 
jam.

I am using Staples photo basic gloss (53lb) paper.  I know this paper 
is heavier than the printer's specifications but it did work initially.

I have ordered a new MP tray pickup roller and MP separation pad.  I 
also ordered a new paper cassette pickup roller.  I don't know how old 
the existing parts are.

I would be interested to know if anyone is having success with the HP 
Laserjet 4p and the paper I am using.  Any comments would be 
appreciated.
