Can we -please- stop re-hashing this?

My official word on this subject: top post, bottom post, interleave,
telepathically transmitted, I don't care. Just trim your replies,
leaving enough of the original so your replies make sense, and avoid
posting "me, too!" responses. 

Those who are consumed enough with this to keep baiting people, I
think you should worry more about the content and substance. What is
next? Complaining about spelling mistakes and grammar?
