Steve,
      You can use Corel. I use Turbocad. Make sure that you draw
the trace all the way around and make it overlap onto itself a
short distance. This eliminates unwanted little shorts.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
