Homebrew PCBs

Hi All

I searched this group for any reference to implementing Plated-Thru
Holes using Permatex but didn't see any references to it. Permatex has a
product designed for fixing rear window defogger trace breaks and James
Mitchell has created a procedure to plate holes with it. I am wondering
if anyone in this group has used this technique?
