Kicad is by far the best free CAD program out there.

I use it all the time, it's freaking awesome.
No limitations at all, runs on Winblows, Linux and I think Mac.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
