Where did you find them for $10 each?  The one shown is only a single heat model, which I "think" is about the same as the high setting on the dual heat version like Pulsar sells.

http://tinyurl.com/28exxyf  for $25 shipped.  I changed the heat sensor to allow hotter temps for laminating and it works just fine.  You really need up around 300ºF for good TT.  The stock laminator as sold by Pulsar tends to max out around 290ºF or so, then cool down to 250ºF or so before kicking back to heat mode.  Let it get to the max temp, run board thru a couple of times and it does work very good.

The first two laminators I had looked exactly same as the one sold by Pulsar, but now they only have the single heat model for same price of $25 shipped.  Harbor Freight also has a laminator at a low price, but don't know anything about it.
