Sailing to points up the fact that both laminators are 1870 ... not 1860. Look at the descriptions and inquire like I did. Then, my question still remains "Is there a difference between 1860 and 1870" Sailingto may still be correct but I cannot tell from these two listings ... they are for the same laminator 1870. Bob R.
