How about a can of Flux Remover? :) If it's still sticky I would say it's not cleaned but if the stickiness is gone, then the flux maybe cleaned and the tile is dis-colored (if possible) Also try "Gun Scrubber" if a flux remover isn't readily available. Gun Scrubber is a cleaner in an aerosol can and should be available in your local sporting gun stores.
