I checked with the beauty shop in town .. they have 10 , 20 , 30 % peroxide. I can get the 10 .. I have several bottles of 3%. Can I mix equal amounts of say, 10% and 3% and end up with , 6.5% ? after starting those you tube video lectures on chemistry, I guess it might not be the case .. though it is the same chemical in this case.
