Hi Randy I used the usual ratio of 3% H2O2 (2 parts) to 31% HCL (1 part) for the initial etch mix. I saved the used etch solutrion in a glass jar and and when the jar was full, I would take about 300 ml of used etch and 7 ml of H2O2 27% ... I used the 27% to reactivate the used etch because using the 3% stuff would add too much WATER and dilute the etch. ... a 4 square inch PCB etches in 3 minutes with vigorous agitation.
