Two or three months ago I posted a picture of a "forked" soldering iron tip that I made -- I was asking if I had come up with something new, or merely re-invented the wheel. Not surprisingly, it was the latter ... but all the same, it is a GREAT tool for removing SMD devices. The only downside is that it is made to fit one particular profile.
