I have one similar to that but with the Quad and SOIC tips. Takes me longer than 20 seconds to remove a 28 SOIC. Haven't tried to remove a QFP44 just yet. Love to see a YouTube video of you removing a 200 pin device in 20 seconds. Be interesting to see what flow and temperature you are using. I'm always worried about making it too hot.
