Who makes that product? 0.4mm is a little large for me (I prefer 0.18mm pens) but might be good for other experiments. As far as conductivity, I'd say lay down a line and measure the resistance end-to-end. That will give you a better idea than I (and probably many others) have. It would be great if you could share that info, too.
