Yea, it's the same laminator. I have the same printer and laminator and it works fine for me too. If there is a temperature controlled one for a similar price, I'd probably would have bought that one for better control/fewer passes. -Lawrence --- In Homebrew_PCBs@yahoogroups.com, "leeleduc" <leeleduc@...> wrote: > Is it the same unit as this? Works fine, no problems at all. I did the simple gear swap as recommended by Pulsar but have not changed the temperature, didn't need to. I use 0.032" boards and pass them through the laminator 6 passes, 8 passes if I have a lot of ground plane. > > http://www.pcbfx.com/main_site/pages/tech_support/instructions/Laminator_Modifications/H-220/H-220_Laminator_Modification.pdf > > > > --- In Homebrew_PCBs@yahoogroups.com, "krisfr" <krisfr@> wrote: > > > > I just ordered this unit, any suggestions as to getting it to work with HP printer toner method. I will also be using Photo resist method for finer lines and want to apply the Photo resist film with it. Thanks I am new here but long in the tooth. > > >
