To Markus,
Why are the anodes bagged/enveloped with clothes!
 
i did try that welding part on some hobby glas and pvc sheets with no 
luck at all- even after a week or 4 no real (strong)rigid weldings 
are posible.
I created me a vacuum unit - that do the job perfect :))
