No, not toner transfer. Yes, it is sold "here", which-ever here is, as it is sold all over the world. ;') Check the links on the Alps and Alpsdecal lists on Yahoo. Although you could also use Tshirt transfer for inkjets for the same thing, and stick it to your board using your laminator.
