Homebrew PCBs

I lost a link to a company geared towards "Maker" community. The company gave you choices of material to use, 2D or 3D prototyping enclosure for reasonable cost. 

Do any of you have a link(s) or could recommend a prototyping company.

material preferred are high impact ABS with cut-outs both rectangular and circles. Clam shell kind of a box is what I'm looking to have build.
Will need to install clear bezel on the rectangular cutout.

I'll still keep digging through my records and see if I can find the link. If I do find it I'll post.
