Unfortunately nobody in China, and I mean NOBODY in China, seems to sell Dynamask (or any similar dry film soldermask), while dry film resist is everywhere. I suppose it's simply down to the PCB fabs not using dry film for solder mask, so there's no "surplus" like there is with resist.
