Your easiest path would be to find pre-built modules that supply the required voltage and current. Your next easiest path would be to check out application notes and designer software. TI's web-bench software is rather good at this, but you'll need to be able to design PC boards and have them made. I'd recommend modules. Oh, and it would be very helpful when you ask if anyone can design a power supply to also tell us how much current is needed for each output.
