I see some problems with the press & peel results, under etching & over etching. This implies inconsistent adhesion. Here is my process that works fairly consistently down to SMT (0603) and 12 mil traces, w/o requiring rework. https://hackaday.io/project/7938-pcb-smt-maker-lab-home Ancel
