What I mean is alignment of top negative and bottom negative. I tried my first attempt yesterday with a two board project and this is the result. Bottom main brd, > good to etch with a couple of test holes drilled and good alignment with a pouch made up and brd slipped into three side closed pouch. Top LCD > display brd was off and one side of that brd has to be redone or start over with a wasted 4in by 4in brd scrap. I need a better system due to small traces and pads.Any help would be appreciated for a newbi. Go back and check some of the posts, please, there are several methods. What I do is to drill VERY accurate alignment holes. I make separate top and bottom boards, it does require thinner 0.020 to 0.032 single sided material. The next step is to epoxy the boards together. The best epoxy is a 1/2 hour setting or more, it allows you to do a run of boards without wasting epoxy. I use push pins (relatively thick) that do not wobble, and then use it to align the boards, one of which has been precoated with epoxy. tape the boards together to keep them from moving, then remove the pins. Put the boards between ceramic tiles (cheap) which keeps the boards from warping. It can also help to cover the board copper with masking tape to eliminate fingerprints. Harvey
