well, I've only done a couple of pcbs but I had a similar problem - 
the transfer didn't go that well for bigger areas.  I was pretty 
concerned about it since current capacity is a function of width and 
thickness.  So I just took a sharpie and augumented the resist.  
worked fine.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
