I buy mine from HF too, but I perfer to buy the 20 pack ($4.99 IIRC) 
in person at my local store. Since they're in a (mostly) clear 
package I can look through the pile and make sure I get somthing 
usefull.

Based on new prices I figure if I can use about 1 in 20 it's a deal. 
With care in selection, I seem to average about 5 in 20 usefull. It 
is suprising how many realy tiny ones I get though. Since these 
are "used" bits, sombody must have "used" them, but I can't imagine 
what they use the #80 size for (about 13 thou).
