I've scrapped enough stuff over the past several decades that I think it unlikely that I'll run out of parts any time soon. As long as I'm willing to work with somewhat dated technology, which I've decided I'm okay with. If it's that "new", then I'll just get a board someplace and use it (as I'm doing with most of the computer stuff these days). My eyes aren't what they used to be, and as far as handling teeny little parts go, my fingers seem to have gotten bigger or something. :-) So no, for hobby stuff I don't plan on going there.
