Things may have changed, but 2 years ago when I looked into it, conductive ink traces had to be a certain width (For the most part, much larger than what I'd want to lay out onto a board) and could not exceed a certain length. Also, there was a limit on the number of traces, via's and ect... Conductive inks were, at that time (Two years ago) designed to provide small, specific solutions to unique problems in pcb manufacture.
