You can, however, purchase denatured alcohol (Wood alcohol 70% by volume. It's diluted with h20 and nothing else. No additives, no industrial wastes) at a pharmacy. This grade of denatured alcohol is still posionous, but then again, so is isopropyl alcohol. For that matter, ethanol is also poisonious (Like all liquour and wine...) .
