that's a nice one for a first try.

you will see the quality will improve even more with experience.

If you want to make a component outline (falsely called "silkscreen") then
make the same transfer, but clean the board with abrasive kitchen cleaner
afterwards.
(the type which gets off really nasty stuff, with tiny abrasive particles)
the cleaner polishes away the white paper residue.
I always thought i don't need that on my boards but the looks are well 
worth
the 5 minutes effort.
