Homebrew PCBs

It was my mistake to start this topic on weekend, when a lot of smart minds 
are, normally, out of the list.
Meanwhile it was converted to some CNC.
Please don't divert the subject, I really need a good idea.

I've uploaded it again.

Is there any way to automatically convert the 'round' pcb to 'square' one,
to allow to spare FeCl or milling bits?
