Homebrew PCBs

The same question came up on a model railroading list.  It would probably work OK for PCBs, but I have my doubts about its functionality in chem milling metal sheet of any thickness.  If you are going to produce any quantity of PCBs, I think you can do better buying the various components through sources I found through this list.
