Lets assume this method can make reliable through holes it would require 
more work than conventional PTH processes. The step of "making holes 
plateable" is only just part of the overall PTH process.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
